This email in itself does not represent confirmation of the reservation. UNLESS YOU HAVE MADE THE ADVANCE PAYMENT WITH A CREDIT CARD OR BANK DEPOSIT. *Rates are subject to readjustment and/or modification without prior notice, except for reservations made in advance or paid. * PUBLISHED PRICES INCLUDE FINAL VAT AND ARE EXPRESSED IN ARGENTINE PESOS. * Reservations will be taken by email, phone or through portals such as Booking.com, Despegar.com or the Hotel's Official Website - BOOKING AND DESPEGAR RESERVATIONS DO NOT INCLUDE VAT. IN DOLLARS. THE VALUE OF THE PURCHASE AND CONFIRMATION SENT BY SAID SALES PORTALS WILL BE RESPECTED AND THE DOLLAR WILL BE QUOTED UPON CHECK-IN OF YOUR STAY (the dollar of the day will be taken to settle the room) * Reservations will be confirmed via email with a reservation number. * High season and long weekend reservations will only be made with a deposit of 50% of the total stay. * DEPOSITS: All deposits taken by credit or debit card or bank deposits, the same deposit made at the counter, which have been debited as a deposit for reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE. Therefore, the hotel will not return that money under any circumstances. As an unexpected circumstance and under the examination and criteria of the hotel, it may grant you a maximum period of up to 2 months for the use of the money in custody of the hotel or part of it, which will also be determined by the establishment. *If once you have checked in, you want to cancel or reduce nights of your original reservation, a penalty will be applied which will be at the discretion of the hotel, and may be: - In case of reservations of 2 or 3 nights of stay: you will be charged 1 more night of accommodation with the price of the reserved room. - In case of reservations of 4 or more nights of stay: you will be charged 2 nights of accommodation with the price of the reserved room. * If you have purchased a promotion or received a special benefit during your stay, your reservation is non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable. * If you made the reservation using your personal information, you are accepting not only the room reservation but also the cancellation policy. NO SHOW: NO REFUND. *ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONSUMPTION POLICY: The sale of alcoholic beverages to guests under 21 will be limited. * Children are welcome at our hotel, and children under 3 years of age do not pay. Minors over this age will be considered an extra person. *Minimum Age Policies: Reservations will not be made for guests under 21 years of age who do not provide proof of age with ID. Unless the reservation is made in person by an adult, providing proof of ID and a signed authorization form from the parents. *Pet Policy: Due to space limitations, this hotel does not accept pets of any kind. *No Smoking Policies: Altair Hotel is a No Smoking facility. Guests who smoke anywhere in the hotel will be charged an additional $200 cleaning fee. Tax Policies All taxes included Check-in times 3:00 PM Check-out times 12:00 PM Breakfast times 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM Standard Rate Deposit: The property may charge the following amount in advance Percentage of nightly charges 30% Percentage of extra charges 100% If you cancel your reservation up to 3 days before your arrival date, the property will not charge you. If you cancel your reservation with fewer days notice, the property will charge 1 night 100% of the reservation In case of a no show, the property will charge the guest 100% of the reservation
  • For organizational and internal control reasons, our establishments adopt the following payment parameters and conditions as a general rule: Confectionery or additional payments: Payment will be made with: - Credit or debit in 1 interest-free installment - Cash payment - QR payment - Bank transfers made 48 hours before check-out. No exceptions, and with a minimum amount of 5,000 pesos.
  • Minimum stay: 3 noches
